In a study by Cone Communications and as reported by Forbes, consumers are looking to partner with socially responsible companies. Two interesting findings were that:

• 78% of people wanted companies to address social justice issues. • 87% of consumers said they would be willing to buy a product or service based on a company's advocacy concerning a social matter

We have a fundamental belief that everyone deserves a fair chance to work. We spend every day trying to reduce barriers and build opportunities to candidates to connect with employers. This sentiment is shared by many businesses but there can always be more.
